Mojo JoJo

My guinea pig died on July 2nd of 2006. He was so cute. My sister and I just couldn't get over his death. We cried for 3 days straight. He was brown with a yellow underbelly. We bought him a coffin and buried him in the backyard. My whole family wrote something down on his coffin. He was so big he could hardly fit in it. So we had to force his dead body in the coffin!! It was funny and sad at the same moment. His name was Mojo Jojo. Mojo for short. He died because of the tooth that grows in back of their throats. He starved to death. It was horrible. By the time we what was happening it was to late to take him to the vet. He was to weak. So on July 2 we were all holding him. Then he started having like a heart attack or something in my hands. I couldn't watch him die so I gave him to my parents and left the room. I was in my living room trying to get over it. Then my mom came down and said, Come and say goodbye, Drake, So I did. My little sister was about to go outside to play. Then I told her the bad news that's when we all started crying. Its hard to even right this down with my little sister watching. So we want to set up this Memorial for the best pet we ever had, MOJO JOJO!!!!!!!!

Nutmeg

Today, Aug 30th is a very sad day for me and my family.  About 2 weeks ago, I just got my very own pet, a gerbil.. though we have 2 dogs. this was my own.  I named him Nutmeg.. at first he was bitey, but then he took to me real well.  About 2 days ago, he started looking real thin and I noticed he was not eating well.. when I went up to bed last night, he was very lethargic and took all his will just to breathe.. it was so disturbing to my mom and me.  We both laid in her bed and cried ourselves to sleep.  This morning when we woke, Nutmeg was dead.  Mom and Dad, put him in a plastic box, made a cross out of Popsicle sticks and we buried him out next the shed.. Rest in peace little buddy.. I miss you so.  8-30-06

Marshmallow

Saturday, September 3rd, 2005.

She had been sick for a really long time and we had done everything we could to save her life.  She was very frail at the end and was losing a lot of weight.  We had to have her teeth clipped at the vets.  We did that and then the next day, just 24 hours later, she was gone.  I found her in the box I made for her, laying there, still warm, but gone.  I was coming back in to syring feed her once again and make sure she was getting her water.  Her sisters, Snickers, Praline and Caramel miss her very much.  Marshmallow, I loved you so much.  I cared for you and mom spent any amount of money that she needed to to make sure you were taken care of.  You were the runt of your litter and you lived longer than the vets thought you would.  You were my special piggy, winning prizes at the guinea pig festival and being on TV.  I love you still and I know one day I will see you again.  Goodbye my little pure white, fuzzy Aby girl.  You' ll always be in my heart.

Alyssa

Muffin(or muff muff, puffin,my hairy boy, ragamuffin etc)- the hairy guinea pig

Muffin, you are my special boy you are unique the way you squeaked when you were handled, ate, slept, and had all of that funny tufty half Abyssinian half Peruvian fur all over your body. No wonder you died of heatstroke. I miss you so much. We all miss you here on earth. I hope I see you and all the others up in rainbow bridge.

MURPHEY-The Guinea pig
To the guinea pig I shared 7 unforgettable years with I will
always love you!

Mertle the Turtle
Mertle (the Turtle) was a Red eared slider. She was one of the 2 turtles that I "saved" from my cousin, who took very little, or very bad care of them. When Mertle and Sam- who's still alive- came to my house I think they found the meaning of happiness for the first time in four years. Though I had no idea how to take care of turtles, I tried my hardest. Mertle died 2 months after arriving at my house from intestanal problems from not being cared for by my cousin. Though we barely knew each other I cried more than I ever have in my life. Her death showed me what happens when people get turtles- or any other animals- and don't really know what they're doing. All pets need attention, love and care to be happy and healthy. For the sake of all pets, please take into consideration all the care and needs the animal requires.
You'll always be missed.

Your loving "mom", friend, and your turtle friend, Jessica and Sam (the other turtle)

lives. Rest peacefully, little Muff. You will live in my heart forever,
angel piggie."
